After a week of spring weather and record breaking temps, we have a winter storm bearing down on us.  And we might get fucked!

I mean, just look at the shape of the snow band!

Right now, nobody knows how much snow we’re gonna get. The models keep changing so I’ve heard anything from 4″ to 20″.  So we’re just gonna have to wait and see.

It’s slated to start later tonight and go through Friday.  I just really hope it isn’t a huge amount. I have an all day chorus rehearsal Saturday and Sunday I’m heading down to help mom with hip surgery.

Let’s just hope this storm is more of a “snoke” and less of a “CherSNOWbyl”.

But looks like Canada is catching the load.

Oh you can keep all that snow. I note it misses New England entirely. Good. We had a nice 66F day today.

That being said, I saw a video – a guy in Minnesota had posted a vid of last years winter compared to this year. Last year all snowy and icy, this year dry.

In fact that big snow storm we got out here on the 8th of January – the snow is mostly gone.

One thing I like about my weather genie friend on Facebook though is they put weights to snowfall amounts. So when everyone is griping about 15″ of snow – I point out that the probability approaches .5 for a tenth of an inch of snow.

Some models have 4″, some models have 20″. What can you do?
