And showers. And more showers. And MOAR showers!!!
I’m so glad this whole “global warming” theory (aka “climate change”) has been debunked by the oil companies, because otherwise this unusual weather would be freaking me out.
I mean, first we have one of the coldest winters on record here in Minnesota, with well above average snowfall. And the winter featured like three different polar vortices, where a typically a single polar vortex happens once every 20 years or so.
And this winter comes on the heels of a short summer and a L O N G winter last year that went well into May.
Things looked a bit more promising this year as we had a couple warm days in early April and much of the lake ice has finally vanished.
But now the rain had set in.
It’s rained something like 13 of the past 15 days, and we are currently at the second wettest April ever recorded. And it’s raining again today. With also the chance for flurries (like yesterday) because it’s crappy and cold.
And more of this shit is predicted for the rest of the week, too.
Perhaps I scoffed at that Noah movie a bit too soon?
