Yesterday I felt like crap. So much so that I left work after one whole hour.
Massive headache. Nauseous. Muscle fatigue. Dizzy.
I had woken up with a mild headache, but went to work anyway. I mean, I’ve felt worse and managed a day at work. Besides, I’m on PTO at work, so being sick is like losing a vacation day.
Anyway, in that one hour, things degraded. I couldn’t focus and I was so tired…. And when I went to the bathroom to splash water on my face I was green. So I called it quits.
I made it home and to bed– where I slept for four hours. I got up, went to the couch, lay there about 30 minutes before tossing my cookies. And tossing them again.
I didn’t have really anything in me at that point, so it was a lot of empty heaving. And bile.
Then more sleeping.
By 6 I could stomach soda and a pb&j. Then it was off to bad at 9:30.
It is only just within the past hour at work that I’m starting to feel decent. (I still had the vestiges of a headache today).
I’m convinced that it was something I ate. At least that’s what I’m gravitating to. Maybe it was a true migraine, I don’t know.
It was weird though. And not fun.
