P.S. I totally saw a commercial for the Chia Omega 3 dietary supplement last night. Evidently you can use Chia seeds just like Flax seed– only they’re better!

And they still use the same jingle.

    Fascinating… especially since the word “chia” in French is the past tense of the verb for, aherm, passing a turd.
