He looks remarkably the same, just more developed. Angular. Perhaps more finished than he was…
Of course you’d have to shave off 15 years or so to picture him when we dated. He was 22 at the time and I was 27… Or 28.
Unfortunately, there usually tends to be a big difference between those ages in men. Lots of growing up and changing happens in those mid 20’s.
True to form, our age difference was just too vast for us to overcome. That, among other… things.
Regardless, he still holds the record for the longest relationship I’ve ever maintained (roughly 1.5 years or so).
And until a few years ago he also held another “longest” record. *Ahem*
It’s nice to see him now, though, all grown up. He finally chose a firection, went back to school, became a designer, married a guy, and lives in California.
It looks good on him.
