Evidently my penchant for steam punk Victorian stuff has spilled into my wardrobe.
I love bow-ties. The tied by hand kind.
Ever since discovering how to tie them, I’ve decided that I quite fancy wearing them.
Besides, I think they are insidiously creeping back into style. Or have been. Or… Whatever.
Anyway, here’s a pic of me at my band concert on Sunday:
Since it was a holiday concert, we were allowed to wear more festive attire. I chose a spiffy plaid bow tie.
I am also liking vests.

There’s another best I have my eye in, but I’m going to have to order it online. I think I want to pull off the dapper, jeans vest and bow tie thing.
My other favorite thing about bow ties is that they untie so easily with a salacious tug, and then can make you feel all sexified (even when you aren’t really):

I have to agree with you ton this bow tie thing — they’re all kinds of cool.
I’ve noticed many of my gay male friends who live in or very near metropolitan cities have been sporting the bow ties recently. I’m not sure about the vest thing. You may end up looking like Mr Schuster from Glee.
